What's included in the price?
Hardware (NVIDIA Jetson compute, cameras if needed, drone system for Noctua tiers), installation, configuration, 12 months of maintenance and updates, and training for your household staff. No hidden fees.
Are there ongoing costs?
After the first 12 months, an optional maintenance plan is available from €200/month. This covers software updates, remote support, and hardware warranty. The system continues to work without a maintenance plan — you just won't receive updates or support.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. Manor can be upgraded to Manor + Noctua at any time. The compute hardware and software platform are the same — we add the drone hardware and unlock additional capabilities.
Do I need to replace my existing hardware?
No. Foxworth integrates with your existing Crestron, KNX, Lutron, and other systems. We add the intelligence layer — we don't replace your hardware.
What about installation time?
Manor: typically 1-2 days. Manor + Noctua: 2-3 days. Estate: depends on property size, typically 3-5 days. We handle everything and clean up after ourselves.
Is there a trial or demo?
